We work on empowering women and youth in rural communities of Karnataka by providing skill-based training in tailoring, computer literacy, handicrafts, and beauty care. These courses were tailored to local employment opportunities and aimed at promoting self-reliance. With hands-on guidance from experienced trainers, participants gained practical skills and confidence. Our initiative enhanced employability and opened doors to income-generating activities. This effort has helped improve the quality of life for underprivileged families across the region.
